1. When does registration begin?

Registration begins on May 1st at 8PM EST, and is available online only through the camp’s official website, www.tncamp.org. You will not be able to register for camp prior to this date.

2. What are the registration fees?

The registration fee is $175 (plus fees) for each child.

3. Are refunds available?

If you request a refund before May 15, you can receive 50% of your registration fee back. Before May 22, you can receive 25% of the registration fee back. After May 22, refunds are not available.

4. What should I do if I’m flying to camp?

Please fill out the travel form no later than June 1st. After this point, we are unable to arrange transportation from the airport to the campsite. Please book all flights into and out of Nashville, TN (airport code BNA). Flights should be scheduled to arrive in the morning on Saturday, June 23rd between 9:00am and 2:00pm, and return after 2:00pm on Saturday, June 30th.

6. What should I bring to camp? (Please label all your items with identification)
  • Clothes for one week
  • Jacket or sweater
  • Swimsuit or swimming trunks
  • Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, etc.)
  • Turban/putka or chunni/scarf (all boys will have a turban tied on them each day; please bring one appropriately sized for their head)
  • Medicine (if needed)
  • Sneakers
  • Flip-flops
  • Bed sheets, blanket, and pillow
  • Towels (bath, and hand)
  • Rainjacket
  • Swim wear (please be modest in your choice of what to wear)
  • Laundry bag
  • Kleenex
  • Flashlight
  • Pencil (sharpened!), pen, and 3-ring binder (with paper)
  • Insect repellent
  • Harmonium and/or tabla
  • Camp Keertan Books from last year
  • Prepaid Calling Card
  • Water Bottle (please make sure you write your name in marker on this)
  • Copy of front/back of health insurance card (please place in an envelope in your suitcase)
  • A book/novel to read during nap time if you don't wish to sleep.
Please Note:
  • Pants are required in Gurdwara. Dastaar/Pugri is also required for boys during Gurdwara.
  • Candy, gum, and snacks are not allowed
  • DO NOT BRING FIDGET SPINNERS TO CAMP. THEY WILL BE DISCARDED.
7. Who should I contact if I would like to volunteer as an adult?

9. How can I contact someone at the campsite?

There is a payphone located in the dining hall of the campsite. You can reach someone by calling (423) 881-5747 during meal times. [8:50 am - 9:25 am, 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm, 6:15 pm - 7:00 pm]. There is virtually no cell service available at the campsite so if you wish for your child to be able to make outgoing calls, please send a calling card with him/her.
